Ramps and Pulleys!

Continuing last week's discussion about pyramids we asked the children
how they thought the pyramids were constructed without the
availability of modern equipment. Some of their ideas included: ramps,
catapults, ladders and pulleys. The children then created these
mechanical devices which they thought could have been used to move
heavy objects in ancient times.
